Sometimes it is tricky for people with asthma or chronic respiratory conditions to manage their health at home, work or school. Don’t worry, we’re there for you.
Our free, community-based respiratory service provides Rotorua Area Primary Health Services patients with the extra knowledge, skills and practical ideas to make a real difference to their quality of life.
It is especially helpful if you were either recently diagnosed with asthma or chronic bronchitis, emphysema or have poorly controlled or moderate/severe asthma. This service is also helpful if you are returning home after a stay in hospital.
Ask your GP about this and other low-cost services you might be eligible for.
