Phone: 921 7145 between 0800 - 1630 Monday to Friday. An after hours service is available to members via this phone number.

Most computer and communication problems can be identified within minutes of your call, and resolved very quickly – and, if you like, you can ask us to ‘see’ your desktop as you go through the steps while we are talking to you on the phone. This gives you extra confidence to know you are doing the right thing for your system.

If your problem is more deep-seated, it will be referred to a technology manager.

Our Help Desk staff can also help you with practice/practitioner data analysis, such as capitation data, Performance Management Programme (PMP) data, service utilisation – revealing consultation numbers, age/gender of patients seen, etc.
