Rotorua Area Primary Health Services (RAPHS) offers a wide range of key services to its members. These include an extensive selection of Clinical programmes, valuable Clinical support, Research and development, world class Technology services, Business services and a host of other Membership benefits such as newsletters, blogs/news, events and forums.

The Group offers or manages a range of free and low-cost health services available to people of the Rotorua area. Funding for many of these programmes comes from Lakes DHB, Bay of Plenty DHB and Health Rotorua PHO.

Quality is at the heart of everything we do. Rather than simply providing a stand-alone set of activities to meet external agendas and contracting needs, it’s all about offering our members specific projects to drive change.

How do we do it? We plan, do, study and act (Continuous Quality Improvement) to manage the change and to reduce gaps between current and best practice. And, each year we set specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-defined (SMART) goals.
