RAPHS Board of Directors
RAPHS is governed by a board of directors led by Chairperson, Dr Genevieve Matthews. Board members are health professionals working in the Rotorua community and one independent director. The RAPHS board members are:

Subcommittees
Community Advisory Group
The purpose of the CAG is to ensure that RAPHS hears directly from and works in partnership with consumers and community members of primary health care in the Rotorua Area.The CAG consists of members who are networked, known, respected and knowledgeable. They have a recognised range of skills and knowledge in health and wellbeing from a consumer’s perspective.
They are people who are acknowledged by their peers as having the ability to represent patients, consumers, families and whānau to RAPHS and to assist RAPHS in its deliberations and commitment to consumer engagement.
They all come from a range of tangata whenua experiences, occupational, other ethnicities and professional backgrounds.
The Group will contribute to continually improving the quality and experience of primary health services and health outcomes for the Rotorua Area.

Clinical Governance Group
Our Clinical Governance Group is essential to ensure clinical programmes and patient care is delivered according to best practice quality and safety standards. The Clinical Governance Group ensures our clinical programmes:
- improve service access
- align with best practice guidelines
- are safe for patients and providers
- comply with medical legislation and professional standards
- target health inequalities
